What is a human library?
We know the principle of a "usual" library: a person comes to borrow a book and read a story. In a human library, and in particular in LIVES human library, a person borrows a researcher for about 30 minutes during an event. The researcher tells a story about his or her results or research in a privileged one-to-one meeting with the person who has borrowed him or her.
In order to perpetuate these stories, a podcast will be created. The events including the meetings will be organised in the autumn of 2022.
Are you a researcher of the LIVES Centre and would you like to become a human book?
